GIVEAWAY
Terrapin Sky Media Nonprofit Video Giveaway (the “Giveaway”)
SPONSOR
This Giveaway is sponsored solely by Terrapin Sky Media (“Sponsor”).
Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor.

1. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to nonprofit organizations, charitable organizations, or community-based organizations operating in good faith (“Entrant”).
The individual submitting the application must:
Be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry; and
Have the legal authority to bind the organization they represent.
The Giveaway is intended for organizations located within a geographic area determined solely by Sponsor.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, and immediate family or household members of such individuals are not eligible to participate.
Sponsor reserves the sole and unfettered discretion to determine eligibility and to disqualify any Entrant at any time for any reason, including but not limited to misrepresentation, failure to comply with these Official Rules, production infeasibility, or misalignment with Sponsor’s values or capacity.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway will operate on a recurring basis throughout calendar year 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”), with selections occurring approximately every two (2) months, subject to Sponsor’s availability.
Sponsor’s computer and internal records shall be the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Giveaway Period at any time.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, eligible organizations must complete and submit the official entry form available at terrapinsky.com, including all required information.
Limit one (1) entry per organization per selection period.
No purchase or payment is required to enter.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or corrupted submissions may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, or technically corrupted entries, regardless of cause. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
4. SELECTION OF RECIPIENT
One (1) organization will be selected every two (2) months.
Selection may be conducted randomly or through discretionary review, as determined solely by Sponsor.
Odds of selection depend on the number of eligible entries received and Sponsor’s production capacity.
Selected organizations will be notified using the contact information provided. If a selected organization fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the organization and select an alternate.
All selections are final and binding.
5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
The selected organization (“Recipient”) will receive:
One (1) professionally produced video of approximately thirty (30) seconds
One (1) filming session scheduled at Sponsor’s discretion
One (1) final edited video delivered digitally
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Determined solely by Sponsor.
No cash value.
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The prize does not include:
Additional filming days, locations, or crew
Extended runtimes, alternate cuts, or additional deliverables
Actors, models, paid locations, or voiceover talent
Marketing strategy, ad placement, or guaranteed performance outcomes
The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be sold, licensed, or redeemed for cash or substitution.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute or modify the prize if necessary.
7. CREATIVE CONTROL AND REVISIONS
Sponsor retains sole and exclusive creative control over all aspects of production, including concept, filming, editing, and final delivery.
Recipient may provide factual information and limited feedback. The Giveaway includes one (1) round of minor revisions, as determined reasonable by Sponsor.
Sponsor is not obligated to accommodate creative requests, re-shoots, or scope expansions.
8. SCHEDULING AND COOPERATION
Filming dates are subject to Sponsor’s availability.
Recipient agrees to provide reasonable access to locations, personnel, and materials necessary for production.
Failure to cooperate, repeated scheduling conflicts, or failure to communicate may result in forfeiture of the prize at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
9. RIGHTS AND LICENSE GRANT
By accepting the prize, Recipient grants Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and publish the video and any related behind-the-scenes content in any media now known or hereafter developed for promotional, portfolio, marketing, and commercial purposes.
Recipient may use the video for its own promotional purposes but may not sell, sublicense, or transfer the video without Sponsor’s prior written consent.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding reach, engagement, fundraising impact, or performance outcomes.
The prize constitutes a creative service only and does not guarantee results of any kind.
11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
12. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control.
13. BINDING ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of JAMS.
The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as part of any class or representative action.
14. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Giveaway Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
